September 2018 Grade Crossing Renewal Project

Starting Monday, September 10, 2018

SEPTA forces will reconstruct the existing grade crossing at Mt. Carmel Avenue, along the Warminster Regional Rail Line in September. The reconstruction of the grade crossing will provide a smoother, quieter ride and will include a new surface to the surrounding road, with the removal of cracks and potholes.

The grade crossing renewal project will not impact service on the Warminster Line; however, traffic detours will be in effect. Detour information, dates, and times are noted below. Customers should check this page regularly for updates or additional information.

Please visit the Warminster Line Grade Crossing Renewal page for detour information.
