DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) GOAL for FEDERAL FISCAL YEARS 2018 through 2020

In accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation's Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 26, the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) hereby announces the following as its proposed overall DBE participation goal for Federal Fiscal Years 2018 through 2020 (October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2020):

This goal represents the percentage of work to be accomplished by DBE prime contractors, subcontractors, consultants and material suppliers for professional services, construction, technical services and material/supply procurement contracts on federal-aid transit projects.

The proposed goal and its rationale are available for public review, for 30 calendar days from the date of this notice, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at our administrative offices indicated below, and on this website (SEPTA FFY 2018?2020 Proposed DBE Goal & Methodology). Written comments will also be accepted by SEPTA for 30 calendar days from the date of this notice. Interested parties are encouraged to submit comments to:
