With the exception of brief encounters with our operators, conductors, passenger attendants and cashiers, much of our customer communications are by phone, e-mail, regular mail, and various social media applications. SEPTA Customer Connection (SCC) is our way of providing one-on-one "face time" between customers and our office personnel.
The SCC team has been meeting with customers at various SEPTA locations since 2008. The program offers customers the opportunity to meet with SEPTA staff from various departments to share suggestions, concerns, comments and commendations. It also gives employees an opportunity to show how much we value our customers.
We're happy to announce that the SCC team will be at your transit location in the near future, please take a few minutes to stop by and say "hello." Sharing your customer service experiences and insights also qualifies you for participation in a random drawing for a Family Independence Day Pass. What better way for you and four family members or friends to explore the region with unlimited travel on SEPTA, even if it's only for a day!
The 2017 SEPTA Customer Connection Calendar will be announced in late April.
